Promoter
The promoter is Coasteer Automotive trading as Climax Suspension Central Coast, Unit 1, 3 Fleet Close, Tuggerah NSW 2259 (the Promoter).
Promotion Period & Entry
The Climax Suspension Central Coast LiftKit Giveaway opens on 18 August 2026 and closes on Monday, 7 September 2026, when the official Facebook lead form is closed by the Promoter.
Entry is free. To enter, an eligible person must submit the official Climax Suspension Central Coast Facebook lead form during the promotion period. No purchase is required.
Only one valid entry is permitted per person. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, false or fraudulent entries may be removed at the Promoter's discretion.
Eligibility
Entry is open only to people who are:
- aged 18 years or over;
- residents of New South Wales; and
- living within a 40 km straight-line radius of Climax Suspension Central Coast, Unit 1, 3 Fleet Close, Tuggerah NSW 2259.
Employees, contractors, immediate family members and any person directly involved in running or determining the outcome of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter may request reasonable proof of identity, age, NSW residential address, vehicle ownership or authority to present the vehicle for fitting. If a selected entrant cannot provide that information, they may be disqualified and another winner may be selected.
Prizes
There are 21 prizes in total. The maximum total prize pool is $9,000 including GST.

The major prize includes a LiftKit and standard fitting only, up to a maximum value of $4,000 including GST. The winner may choose from eligible Dobinsons, Tough Dog or Fulcrum products, subject to product availability, vehicle compatibility and the Promoter confirming that the installation is safe and lawful.
If the winner's preferred eligible LiftKit and standard fitting cost more than $4,000, the winner may choose a package within the $4,000 limit or pay the difference before work begins. If the cost is less than $4,000, the unused balance will not be paid in cash, credit, goods or services.
The major prize does not include any cost not expressly included in the Promoter's written LiftKit and fitting quote. This may include, without limitation, wheel alignment, engineering, certification, inspection fees, tyres, wheels, accessory modifications, vehicle repairs, servicing, transport, towing, registration, insurance, travel or accommodation.
The Promoter may refuse a requested LiftKit or installation where it is unsafe, unavailable, incompatible with the winner's vehicle, or would not comply with applicable laws, manufacturer requirements or engineering requirements. In that situation, the winner may choose another eligible package within the $4,000 limit. No cash alternative will be offered.
Each runner-up voucher is valid for 12 months from its issue date. Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. They may only be used at Climax Suspension Central Coast, Unit 1, 3 Fleet Close, Tuggerah NSW 2259. Any amount above the voucher value must be paid by the customer. Lost, stolen, damaged or expired vouchers will not be replaced.
Runner-up vouchers cannot be used to pay deposits, settle existing invoices, purchase gift cards, or be combined with another promotion or discount unless the Promoter agrees in writing.
Random Draw
The draw will be conducted by the Promoter after the Facebook lead form closes on Monday, 7 September 2026, at Climax Suspension Central Coast, Unit 1, 3 Fleet Close, Tuggerah NSW 2259.
All valid entries will be entered into a random electronic wheel or equivalent random-selection method. The Promoter will select one major-prize winner first, then select 20 different runner-up winners from the remaining valid entries.
The draw will be recorded and posted on the Promoter's social-media accounts. A technical issue with filming, livestreaming or posting the draw does not invalidate a properly conducted random draw, provided the Promoter retains a record of the draw and the selected winners.
Notification & Claiming Prizes
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact winners within two business days of the draw, using the contact details submitted in the Facebook lead form. The Promoter may also publish a winner's first name, surname initial and suburb on its social-media accounts and at its premises.
Each winner has 30 days from the Promoter's first contact attempt to respond, confirm eligibility and accept their prize.
The major-prize winner must book the selected LiftKit installation within 12 months of accepting the prize. The Promoter and the winner will agree on an installation date, subject to workshop capacity, product availability and the vehicle meeting the conditions in these terms.
If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, does not claim the prize within 30 days, fails to verify eligibility, is disqualified or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited. The Promoter will conduct a redraw for that prize within seven business days after the claim period ends, using the same random method.
Privacy
The Promoter will use the personal information submitted in the Facebook lead form only to administer this Promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and comply with record-keeping obligations.
Entrants' information will not be used for SMS or email marketing after the draw is completed unless the entrant has separately and expressly opted in to receive marketing communications.

General Conditions
The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false or misleading information, acts fraudulently or unlawfully, or breaches these terms.
The Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud, safety issues or legal requirements. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify entrants of any material change.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, the Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted entries, or for loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or use of a prize, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence or breach of law.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. By entering, each entrant releases Facebook, Instagram and Meta from liability connected with this Promotion to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
